   I need to manage the video player, the banners, and every graphic element of my website but I have absolutelu no access to it.
   It doesn't have a media and an appearance tab.

   Am I login with a wrong login account or something?
   How can I add those tabs?

   It sounds like you're logged in with only Author status or less. You need to be logged in with full Admin status.

   Menu items may disappear depending on your user's access rights. If you log in as a contributor, you won't have access to these menus.

   You need to log in as an author or editor to see the Media menu, and as an administrator to see the appearance menu.

   Edit: I am way too slow here , my bad! :)

   Ok, now i am logged in as an administrator and I still can't see those two tabs...
   Any suggestions?
