No any button on Widgets page. Can’t do any change.

    I just downloaded wordpress 2.8.1 and set it up. But I can’t config Widgets at all. The page is plain and no button. Can’t drag or move as indicated on the page. Does any one have the same issue?

    Maybe there is something wrong with the theme. Go in appearance and select another theme and see what happens.

    I have two theme with the package and I tried both theme. They end up the same in the Widgets page. I can’t figure out why. I followed advice to add /widgets.php?message=updated and still don’t see any differences.

    Are you sure that the themes you are using support dynamic sidebars?

    What themes are you using?

    Hi,

    Check with these options:

    1. Generally, it is due to the plugins which creates this kind of problem….so you can either deactivate all plugins from database and reactivate one-by-one to find culprit…or rename the Plugins directory via FTP.

    2. From wordpress admin area -> Appearance-> Widgets under Screen options, try the Enable Accessibility Mode.

    3. Delete or refresh the browser cache.
