  • When I hover over the links in “Filed under Film-TV, Children & Family”, I get the title elements to show.

    It’d also probably help to make your site valid.

    I see the titles of the image and the sidebar links pop up (IE doesn’t seem to show the link titles). It is the browsers responsibility to show them, it is WP’s (and yours) responsibility to put them there.

    Yes, the title elements display for the categories, but they don’t display within my posts. AS you can see, in this code (which appears in the post linked in my first msg. in this thread) the title attribute is there:
    <img src="http://www.richardsilverstein.com/tikun_olam/images/gromit film.jpg" class="left" height="192" alt="Curse of the Were-Rabbit" title="Curse of the Were-Rabbit" width="325" />

    So if it’s there what would prevent it from displaying as it should?

    I wouldn’t know, as I see that title both in FF and in IE6. But I guess it is a browser thing only.

    “I see that title both in FF and in IE6…”

    Now that IS strange. What v. of FF are you using? I’m using 1.0.4.

    BTW, just checked out how my title attributes display in IE 6 & as you say, they display perfectly.

    What browser setting of mine might cause my display to behave differently than yours?

    I use FF 1.0.7 (security update!). I am not aware of an option to change this behavior.

    Karel
