No add media button in WP 3.5 and more

Hy, I’ve some question:
– after activated the plugin the butto to add media doesn’t exist;
– in official page of plugin there are not visible the tag to insert the player
– in set page there is the local audio folder to be setted, but it doesn’t verify.

Have any suggest about it?
