I am the administrator however someone else is hosting my wordpress site. I no longer have access to my dashboard and receive the following message Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/11/8634711/html/kitten/parties/wp-content/plugins/hellomodi-social-discount-plugin/helloModi.php:17) in /home/content/11/8634711/html/kitten/parties/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881.

I'm not quite sure what version of wordpress I'm using because I don't have access to the dashboard
You need to remove this plugin hellomodi-social-discount-plugin as it is what is causing the error. You will need ftp to your web directory.

The error message makes it look as if a plugin is causing your issue (hellomodi-social-discount-plugin) so I'd deactivate that plugin and see if you can regain access to your site again.
You will need FTP access, and then you must locate and re-name the folder for that plugin. Something like "broken-hellomodi-social-discount-plugin" for example. This folder is located within wp-content/plugins on your web host. Once you've re-named the plugin folder you have deactivated it.
Try to log in again; can you get to the dashboard after deactivating the plugin?
