No access anymore on WP/Xampp: Fatal error message

    Hi guys, I do have a problem here. I have been working in WP on a local host for a while but from today I cannot get in anymore: access denied.
    I got this error message: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 339
    Could anybody help me please?
