rename in my computer or FTP? I dont even see twentyeleven in ftp anymore
Rename wp-content/themes/Challenge to wp-content/themes/Challenge-old on the remote server using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

I have tried this but I cannot find that particular file on Filezilla.
It shows to which i tried to add old
wp-content or challenge-powerful-premium-wordpress-theme
You need to rename wp-content/themes/challenge-powerful-premium-wordpress-theme to challenge-powerful-premium-wordpress-theme-old.

I did that, still not working
Your url still gives an error that says the challenge theme located in – /wp-content/themes/Challenge/ – is still active.
The directory you need to rename is “Challenge”. I’m reasonably sure that is accurate, because I can see an empty style sheet for the theme at (/wp-content/themes/Challenge/style.css) so, the directory must be there.
Log back in using your ftp client. Navigate to the /wp-content/themes directory. Inside that directory there must be a folder named “Challenge”.
Rename that folder to Challenge.old, then clear your browser cache and access yourdomain.com/wp-admin directly. That should let you log back in, and at the same time re-activate the default wordpress theme.
[edit] The directory is indeed named “Challenge”. The default theme – twentyeleven – is also still present in your themes directory.
Once you have this issue behind you, you should also replace the index.php file that was originally in the /themes directory, but is now missing. Secondary to that, you should investigate how to protect your directories from casual browsing. Your host can assist you with directions, or you can search for keywords: Options -Indexes, .htaccess

I have changed my theme name to challenge.old but continue to have the same problem. Is there a step I could be missing after changing the name?
I’m not sure what you changed, but it wasn’t the directory that needs to be renamed. Paste this in your browser address bar and take a look for yourself: empowermentforawomansoul.com/wp-content/themes/
Notice the “Challenge” directory. That’s the one you want.
