   Nimble Portfolio plugins has a custom post type, if I'm not wrong, "portfolio".
   The Post Types Order activated for the default posts, but not for the Nimble Portfolio.

   Your Portfolio custom post type use a hierarchical structure, while the free Post Types Order plugin support the non-hierarchical. You should just update your custom post type accordingly and the menu will appear.
