   Folks, need some suggestions. My site is on a Linode VPS that's Nginx+Apache where Nginx handles the static files. This is how my server guy set it up because according to him it makes the site fast.

   My question is - does multi-site work well with this setup or is removing Nginx a better option? I've heard this setup could create a number of issues after activating multi-site. Is it true?

   Multisite works *extremely well* with nginx, as long as you get the right rewrite rules.

   Your server guy is right.
