[resolved] NGgallery - how do I get images to fit? (4 posts)

    WordPress version 2.3.

    Look here: http://www.rob.dk/portfolio/

I would like the pictures in the widget on the left to fit (but not stretch!) in the 190*190 pixel available.

And in the main part of the page, I would like the images to fit (but not stretch!) in the ~490*~490 pixel available.

(not stretch = keep aspect ratio)

But no matter what I've tried, I end up with EITHER stretching the image OR having an image that is larger than the space I've defined :o(

    What am I doing wrong?

    Any help welcome :o)

    Regards
    Rob

I've still not resolved this problem. For some reason, it's only a problem with some of the pictures.

I've checked the thumbnails in the Gallery, and they are all max 190 pixel high/wide.

And no, I haven't set the "Ignore the aspect ratio, no portrait thumbnails" option.

    Please help :o(

Oh, and I've updated both WP and NextGen to the newest version.

    Didn't resolve the problem.
