   Hi there!

   I made an album "Photos", where I put in the albums "2010", "2009" etc. in which are my gallerys are stored. The 'mother' album "Photos" has no thumbnail, how can I get one?

   You need to select a thumbnail manually. Gallery > Album > Select the album > Edit Album > Select a preview image.

   If there's nothing to select then I think you need to do that for your sub-albums first.

   Aouch, never tried that 'Edit Album', because in German it is translated as 'Change Album'. Thought that was something else. THANK YOU for answering also dumb questions!
