   i think you need to make it XHTML compliant or remove the little thing that says it is.
   I also am tired of the same ole black sites out there. prolly about as tired as most people are of Kubrik. There is absolutely NO risk in making a site thats done in black. Isn't there a popular phpbb theme with nearly identical colors, bleh. No offense, but I am hard to please and you did ask.

   Thanks for that. Like I said, it's a work in progress, and I'll probaby be ironing out problems for quite a while. To be fair, I didn't come up with the colours, but the colour scheme was free and has nothing to do with with PHPBB. I am not all that artistic, but that will probably be something to work on next. (I agree with you on the black site thing though)
   I didn't see the XHTML compliant thingy, as I've only been playing with this for 2 days... but I'll get around to doing something about it eventually. At the moment it's just functional, which'll be good enough for a few days... ;)

   Actually, I'm putting a forum on that website, so could you possibly give me the name of the phpbb theme that you're talking about?
