   The Nextpage function is still working but does not make a break in visual editor!!! So you don't see if there is a nextpage or not...

   If you don't see the "next page" separator, perhaps it's being overwritten by your theme's editor-style.css. Try changing the theme and see if that's the case.

   Hey... sorry but now i think it's a wordpress bug and no fault of yours. Sometimes there are no "...Next Page..."-element in the visual editor. Then i reload the page and i works. very strange :)
