NextGen upgrade breaks site functionality

Hey,

When I upgrade NextGen gallery plugin from 1.9.5 to 2.0.23 it breaks post 2 post plugin and admin toolbar. It also starts showing the admin tool bar in the geo-mashup frame. All the problems go away if you uninstall NextGen or degrade to the old version.
