I am trying to place an album with compact thumbnails to link to those particular galleries. Instead the thumbnails link to the page on which I'm placing the album (essentially the same page reloads).
"Page link to" is not linked and "Create new page" is Main page (No parent)
How can I link back to the indicated gallery?
I appreciate your time and help. Thanks so much.

I think I'm having the same problem. No idea how to fix it.

'Page Link To' needs to show the page you want displayed when the Gallery thumbnail is clicked.
If you've manually created the galleries thumbnail page already then just select it from the 'Page Link To' drop down list and click Save Changes.
If you haven't manually created the galleries thumbnail page (usually the case)then NextGEN will create it for you. Select a parent page if required from the Create New Page dropdown list, then click on "Add Page" then Save Changes.
