   I am currently using the NextGEN plugin for a gallery on my home page - basically I want it to default straight to a slideshow of the images rather than a thumbnail but can't for the life of me find a configuration option to enable this feature..

   Can it be done, and if so please advise how to do it..

   go to the Gallery options menu then the Gallery tab, you will see"Show first" with two radio buttons, Thumbnails & Slideshow

   But how to do If I want to display directly the slideshow when I open the post?
