I’ve tried to get a response several different ways with no luck.
I have ordered NextGen Pro but never recieved my email with a username or password.
The support email they sent me is not answering my questions and I can’t log on to the pro site with out that email.
I have repeatedly asked for the logon information or a refund with no response either way. It’s actually getting out of control.
A little bit of help where I can send my account info and someone that will actually help me would be great. I ordered and paid for the product 12 days ago.
