I recently discovered NextGen-Image Flow and am very excited to start using it. I'm new to WordPress plugins and I'm having a hard time installing it--I'm pretty sure this is is one of those "the answer is right in front of you questions", but I'm completely lost on what to do.
I've hit "download" on the following page:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-imageflow/

I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but I operate on a mac computer, and all of the "how-to's" I've read about downloading plugins says there's something about uploading the zip file when you go to upload the file. In a nutshell, here is my problem: The file from the download is now on my desktop, and when I go to Plugin>add new>upload, I can't figure out which file to upload. Here is a screenshot of what the contents of the inside of the folder look like:

How do I upload this plugin? is basically what I'm asking. Thank you for your help!
