[NextGen Gallery]Portfolio list linkig to galleries

HI All,

I am very new to Wp, and really wanted to use the NextGen Gallery to generate a page mush like a portfolio page listing a number of stage plays, and then from each item on the portfolio there would be links to individual pages/galleries of photos of each performance. I have been getting nowhere.

I tried to generate a simple Gallery page, trying to itemise one play initially. However the NextGen Admin asks to attach (or whatever) the gallery to a page, so I linked it to the Gallery page, but then the page with photos appears in my nav menu as another nav button but I’d prefer it as a drop down link from the Gallery navigation buttons… any ideas…?
