I just installe NextGen plugin and it went smoothly. However, I started having errors when I tried adding a gallery. I keep on getting messages something like "Unable to create directory" because it's unwritable.

I've already set permissions CHMOD to 777 but still getting same error message.

I tried creating the subdirectories manually via FTP but it doesnt show up in the administration panel.

What can I do about it? Here are some details.. if it would be of any help. I've seen same posts about this problem but I cant seem to understand it. Any help?
