NextGen Gallery slideshow fails with 4.3.3

On WP 3.6, NGG slideshows misbehave with Yoast’s GAW plugin. Instead of the slideshow, it looks like the underlying divs become visible — as if the NGG javascript is failing.
Disabling the GAW plugin lets NGG slideshow work again.
