scherer326I am starting to create my family travel website (http://www.scherertravels.com) and am trying to get rid of some particular wording in a post that I believe pertains with the nextgen gallery.

how do I get rid of the Portugal word right above 172 photos. Is there a particular file I go to where I can tweak the code. I am familiar with html, just am starting to jump into php so I dont know really where to go exactly. Can someone please advise.
Also if I want to just get rid of some words in the footer, is there a particular file I go to. I am used to just going to the html file and deleting/adding code but where do I go exactly with php files.
