Nextgen Gallery question

I want to run three different gallerys on the one page. Currently if I have the three different sets of thumbnails whenever I click on one of the slideshow links all three start running. I guess the album option is the way to go however being a relative learner with wordpress I cannot see what I have to do to get each one running separately. There seems to be very little on the nextgen website other than what it can do, nothing on how to do it.
I would really like some guidance in simple terms if possible.
Each gallery is about 20 pictures.
The actual gallery plugin is brilliant, I managed to get it going in a very short time with virtually no problems whatsoever. Very well written plugin.
