   Hi no matter what I try, i can not seem to solve this. I am using lighty (lighttpd) not Apache, my rewrite rules are working fine so ive put it down to the rewrite.php file in the plugin.

   This is the url structure im trying to achieve:
   http://gmagazine.co.uk/catagoryname/postname/nggallery/albumname/galleryname

   even if i set the permalinks off in the NextGEN Gallery options so you get:
   http://gmagazine.co.uk/catagoryname/postname/?album=1&gallery=1
   it does not work, even loading an image 404's

   If you understand what im saying lol, can anyone help, please....
