Nextgen Gallery – Pagination in display albums

    @frankie.yuen – We do not currently have an option to add pagination to album output … although if you use the NextGEN Legacy shortcode to display all albums you may be able to create a custom template that will display a paginated output.

    [album id=0 template=compact] is a base example shortcode

    Great thanks for your reply. Would you like to elaborate more on your possible solution or point me to somewhere to read more and learn to do that?

    @frankie.yuen – We do offer this article on custom templates: http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/templates/ but we do not necessarily support the creation of custom templates themselves as it generally falls outside the scope of support we do offer.
