NextGen Gallery Not Working in Other Browsers

My automatic gallery is working in Chrome but can’t seem to get it to show up in Internet Explorer or Firefox.

The slideshow can be seen here http://www.retirementeducationplus.com/retirement-seminars/ (it is the purple WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING and in all my L1 pages)

Please let me know what I can do to get it to view on ALL browsers, as it used to but then I updated and it is now doing this.
