I am trying to install nextgen-gallery and having an issue. When i try to install it directly from the directory I get the following:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/nextgen-gallery.zip…
It then just sits here and does nothing. I then tried to download the zip file and upload it that way. I get this:
Unpacking the package…
It sits here again and does nothing more.
I have installed other plugins both ways and had not problems. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

**UPDATE**
I have just tried to install a few other plugins and get the same problem with them.
The link above ia not right one if you trying download
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/
You can install within wordpress admin clicking on plugin and add new search for NexeGen Gallery

I just do not know where you get the link from as this gives me 404 the link I have in my post is the right one have tried to download from that link.I just download without any problem.
As I said you can install from within your admin then you do not have to download.

I am able to download it the reason the link above in my original post does not work is that the forum is adding the ... to the end of it.
The problem is it does not work when I try to install it through the admin panel or when I download it and try to install it using the upload zip option.
