• Hey all — Here’s my dilema: I have a wordpress site, which im building to show off a few real estate properties. Each property is given its own page. I would like to utilize the sidebar to put page-specific galleries on each of the property pages.

What I’ve done so far is created my gallery within NextGen, and then created a Custom Field called “gallery_widget”. For the Value of the “gallery_widget”, I added the shortcode [nggallery id=1]. And last, I added a Custom Field Widget to my left sidebar, and named it “gallery_widget”.

On the page, it is displaying the shortcode, rather than the gallery. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has come across this. I have tried adding code to my functions.php, page.php, and sidebar.php files. Nothing has worked. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks!
