NextGEN Gallery Import/Export?

I need it too, from the main english site: http://www.marcellosstairs.com to it clones in other languages: it,en,fr,es.
how to do that by hand?

As Alex Rabe said you have to use phpmyadmin from your cpanel and you need to export all your tables from one blog database to an sql file (I pressume that you also want to move your posts) and then import the sql file to the new database.
