Hi,
I’m also looking for this kind of solution. Please we need help!
Nova, the best solution I’ve found till now is to install nextgen scroll gallery plugin and change a bit the css.
You will have a big image and all the thumbs over or under it, every tile you will click a thumb it will load the respective big image.
The developer himself gave me the trick:

At the end I choose another solution but I hope it will help you.

Thanks Royalcas
I’ve seen that one it’s not exactly baht I wanted, but I’ll try it. Maybe with some tweaking as you’ve said it’ll work out!
What solution did you end up using for yourself?
Sucks that NextGen gallery doesn’t do this, given that it has everything else you could want.
Hi,
Try this solution it works like a charm. I just took the decision to do something else as I wanted a different URL for every big image.
I’m still doing tests right now but so far I’m working with the image browser. I have added a “back to album” link between “previous” and “next” to make the navigation easier.

Hi Nova,

Once the css change is done, the only thing you need to do is check the box “thumbsdown: (boolean) set the thumbs under the images” in nextgen scroll gallery options.
