    I updated the new version of WP 3.6 (before i have version 3.5.2), and
    I did an update of NextGEN Gallery by installing the new version 2.00 NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati and problems have emerged:
    – 1) – I can not load new photo galleries on my pages
    -2 °) – slideshows of photo galleries of the pages before the change of the new version of NextGEN Gallery does not work anymore.
    3) – I have a message on my pages when I want to work on:

    A few things to try, I’m wondering if you wouldn’t mind temporarily deactivating all plugins (including NextGEN) and then clear your browser cache and reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does that help? If not, would you also mind temporarily switching to a WP Default Theme like Twenty Thirteen and see if that helps? I know this is an inconvenience, we’re very sorry. But it would help us diagnose if this error may be a plugin/theme incompatibility.

    If the above does not help, we have listed here a beta you could try to see if it helps resolve the issues you’re seeing: http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-latest-beta/ (included are some step by step instructions).     please help me.

    I have recently changed my hosting I am worried.

    I have changed my hosting to 123 reg to have unlimited storage as I am a wedidng photographer.

    since changing this the ad image button is greyed out.. also… the next gen import photocrati gallery will not pull in images already uploaded to the next gen gallery.. I need an expert to help as I am really struggling and I have clients who need to see their weddings and blogs backing up I need to get on and out to clients…

    I need advice to whether this is happening because of my hosting and 123 reg are saying this is to do with wordpress and photocrati.. I have done updates and everything and even those dont seem to want to update it sys its done the updates but I have a feeling its to do with the hosting.

    @joanna – I would recommend submitting a Bug Report for this issue. It could be a plugin conflict, it could be related to a site migration issue, or something unique to your particular setup.

    Hi thanks replying, I have already done the bug report, hence why I had to come to a forum to talk to someone. I haven’t hear back and because I’m in the UK it’s harder for me to make contact via the telephone. Any further advice? I’d really like to see if we can get this sorted ASAP.
