Nextgen gallery and Nextgen Facebook does not work

I’m using the NextGen gallery and NextGen Facebook plugins and they work on my other customers sites but not on one particular site. Since both of them wont work for me, could there be something with my webserver or php versions?
It’s PHP Version 5.2.17 on this server.

Both plugins work in the admin section of my wordpress site. But i can’t use them on the website.
