NextGen - different settings for different galleries? (2 posts)

Is there a way to have different settings for the # of rows and/or the total number of images for different galleries (separate pages)? I have two different galleries: an image gallery and an online store gallery. The gallery has 12 images per page but I have a limited staging area and can only set 8 images to a page for the online store b/c of the text and prices underneath (I'm using the WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart Plugin). Any suggestions?

I can add a custom div to the online store page with a specified height (for example: "#ngg-gallery-5" and then add height:350px or similar) so only a certain amount of images will display, however, this removes the pagination that NextGen automatically generates at the bottom.

Thanks sooo much in advance for your help!

I have this same problem and it is really bugging me!!

I have one nextgen gallery that I have 40 images show on one page...
but then I want another gallery to have only 12 images to show.

I have tried to do nextgen custom fields for one gallery but that hasn't worked. Can anyone explain an easy way to do this and have different settings depending on the gallery.

    Thank you in advance!!
