NextGen – Can I Link Thumbnails to Specific Posts?

I’m running an art gallery website, and I would like the thumbnails in the NextGen galleries to link to individual posts in my WordPress site.

What I want to do is at the bottom of each post for an individual painting, show a gallery of related items, either works by the same artist, or works of art in the same style.

So in otherwords each thumbnail represents another post with another item.. how can I get them to link? Alternately the link might appear under the enlarged version of the image.

Is there anyway to do this… or should I perhaps have chosen a different gallery tool that would be better suited to doing this?
