Next scheduled garbage collection does not start

    Cache Time out is set to: 900 seconds, but it does not start the next garbage collection. It was working fine before.
    premissions in the cache folder are OK and everything looks fine, but the plugin keeps the last cached version the whole time.

    For example:

    Next scheduled garbage collection will be at 04.02.2014 10:09 UTC
