next page tag problem is the dashes!

Sorry if this shouldn’t be a new topic. I’m not used to using forums.

This is a suggestion.

I struggled for over an hour with why inserting

<!–nextpage–>

wasn’t working. I checked several of my theme’s php files as many people suggest. Finally, on this page:

it said that I may need to type the tag in myself because cutting and pasting it from the web can change the dashes. I highly recommend that this be added to WP’s own documentation.
