   Is there a way to limit next and prev inside one post only? I have multiple posts visible in the layout simultaneosly and now lightbox jumps to the next posts images

   By default images are grouped by post. Something is wrong with your install.

   How do you output images - by hand or using the built-in gallery?

   If by hand, make sure you add the group to the rel=lightbox. Read the documentation (point 4).

   If you're using the gallery something is messed up, as this always groups by post.
