[nexgen] new flaw with flash 10?

OK, I’ve been using and loving NexGen for a while now. I’m actually one of the example blogs for having the rotating header images. But today adobe decided to update flash. And now the flash upload box won’t pop up using their new flash 10. I downgraded back to flash 9 and it will pop up the window to select a file, but once I say upload I get this error:

ERROR UPLOAD FAILED : 61704262.jpg : 2007 TypeError Error #2007 null

I have NexGen .98 on http://www.benjacobsen.com and nexgen 0.99.1 on http://www.newschoolofphotography.com. Both sites give an error with flash 9 and both sides won’t pop up the pop up window with flash 10. Also, I’m using 1and1 hosting, and haven’t been able to do a .zip upload in forever… If I had one or the other I’d be fine, but right now w/o either I have to add each file to the list manually which gets old when uploading ~25+ pics at a time.

I’m using wordpress 2.5 if that matters.
