Nexgen Gallery Not Working with Role Manager

I’m using the role manager and nexgen gallery plugin. Role manager is being used to manage the roles of contributors. When I try to allow contributors to use nexgen gallery, the button in role manager won’t click to allow me to make the change.

Role manager won’t allow contributors or authors to use nexgen gallery. There must be something wrong with the permissions of nexgen gallery. Please help.
