   I can't find the PLUG IN menu on my dashboard.

   The newsletter widget is not in my widget bank.

   How have other developed the email list and newsletter plug in?

   OK. Part 2. It seems I have a wordpress.com installation and not a wordpress.org installation.

   I understand I can't have a plug in on a .com installation.

   Let me ask another question.

   How can I change my .com installation into a .org installation?
