I've been looking around for a newsletter plugin that will show in the admin area which page or post each subscriber has subscribed from. So far I've not been able to find one and have no clue about how I'd go about editing an existing plugin to do this.
This may sound like a bit of a bizarre requirement but I'm basically going to have content submitted by various artists (desktop wallpapers etc). The content is going to be given for free but users have to subscribe to a newsletter in order to download it. The mailing list will then be given to the artist who submitted the work.
All of the newsletter plugins I have found will build just one mailing list, which obviously is not much use for my needs. Is there any way of altering the code to make some sort of function that shows the post/page that each user subscribed from and allow me to filter the list depending on post/page?
Or perhaps if I only made the content available to registered users and found some way of logging the email address of each user that downloads each piece of content?
I'm really lost so any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
