Actually I don’t know where the problem can be. Maybe a conflicting plugin? For example user permission control plugin or something?
Very odd. I got rid of all plugins, tried it on 3 different WordPress setups to no avail. If it wouldn’t show up on 3 different WordPress sites within my server, then could a server setting have an effect on that?
Did you installed in the stadard way? From the wordpress plugins panel?
Did you upload something in the extensions folder I use for advanced modules?
I’ve tried both through FTP and through the WordPress Plugin panel. I didn’t place anything in the extensions folder. I also deleted everything and reinstalled to no avail. This is where it’s pointing when I click on something… /wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_main_main | I tried to add .php after main and I get a message saying “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” I’m kind of at a loss, I feel like I tried everything that I know at least. This just seems like such a great plugin, I don’t want to give up! haha.
The address you see is correct. The blank page is due to a PHP error, usually. Can you ask your provider the error.log of the server? The error should be logged there.
So I had my provider looking into it and they asked “what are the server requirements for this plugin”? Can you assist with that info? Hopefully they can get this resolved!
It’s not a matter of requirements, the provider should only provide the error log to see why a blank page appear.
So I had asked and they said there was no errors on the log. They pointed me to the log as well. From talking with them, I have found that I have PHP 4.4.8. Not sure if that means anything. They keep insisting that they know the server requirements and they think tweaking on their side needs to be done per the requirements. Thoughts?
Greetings! So the hosting service finally ran in debug mode and was able to generate errors. Is there a specific place that I can send the log to?
