   hey i really need help with this

   I am designing a website for a newspaper and need to put category titles, post titles, and post excerpts on different parts in the css.

   I also have to have different posts and categories on the same page.

   im lost on the multiple loops, sooooooo.

   I am a sorta wordpress newbie. please im begging anyone to help I have tried wordpress codex and wordpress.tv and a thousand other places.
