Hi, I know there are themes similar to newspapers but I’m looking for something very similar to this one: http://www. romatoday.it/

Can you post some url?
Do you thinks this was done using WP?

That site is definitely not running WordPress.

You should be able to find a WordPress theme to make a site with a similar look to that one either in the extend free themes repository or from one of the Commercially Supported GPL Theme vendors.

You will probably have to do some customisation depending on how closely to want to emulate the example site.
