   Newswatch (www.newswatch.in) had been running on Nucleus CMS. I have converted the site (mostly manually through phpMyadmin) to WordPress. I have converted another site too (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/731990) in the recent past.

   The new WordPress site is this: http://www.newswatch.in
   The old Nucleus site is still there: http://www.newswatch.in/old/

   Reasons for switching over to WordPress:
   (i) Better search functionality
   (ii) Multi-category feature
   (iii) Better comments system

   But there is one feature that I am missing sorely in WordPress - a plugin called ItemList. See it in action here:

   And also one called ShowBlogs which can display any particular item that you might want anywhere. The get-a-post plugin doesn't seem to work. See this (unreplied) thread: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/74819

   People have been mailing me asking what all plugins etc I am using. So, I thought I might as well share it with others too.

   I have used 22 plugins in all. Typing them all is a bit tiresome ;)
