I've had my blog for about a year. No problems until now. When adding media I get this message:
Unable to create directory /var/www/html/wordpress-mu/wp-content/blogs.dir/236/files/2010/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
I'm not well versed. So, I'd appreciate step by step help.

Change the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.
