Is 2.0, no? If I were to download it is the installation pretty intuitive?
I'm currently running 1.5 I believe and it's working nicely. Any reason to change to the latest version?
Thanks for any advice!

2.0.4 has tons of upgrades, especially security fixes. Worth doing. The install is pretty straight-forward imho.
Upgrading_WordPress for the how-to.
Will it mess up my content or any of my altered style sheets for the themes I'm using? I shutter at the thought of starting over..
It shouldn't unless your theme is using some deprecated tags...
I'd say it would make sense to do a complete database and WP directory backup before you start the upgrade. Just in case you need to regress..
But with the security fixes involved, even if your theme isn't immediately groovy, I'd try and fix it.
Just downloaded it - going to take forever to upload those 362 files.
