Newer/Older Posts 404 error after 3.2 upgrade in Multisite/buddypress

I am running 3.2.1 and since the upgrade to 3.2 I am having problems with Permalinks navigation in a multisite/buddypress configuration with domain mapping.

At the base of the page, in the next/previous links, link correctly to http://domain.com/page/2 and then incorrectly redirect to domain.com/2/ causing a 404 error. It’s happening on all my Multiuser sites where permalinks are turned on.

Reverting to default works, but then when resetting permalinks the problem returns.
