I am really desperate for some help concerning WP-forum plugin. I'm quite new to the subject of WordPress and each change I want to introduce requires a lot of web-searching from me. Generally, I'm able to find whatever I want, but this time I failed miserably. What makes matters even more frustrating is that the answer is not all that difficult - I think I know what I should change, but I don't know which file I should modify. So, let me get to the point.
1. I installed the aforementioned plugin - great thing, by the way - yet, whenever I write a post, it does not show Polish fonts (I'm from Poland as you've probably guessed). This problem occurs only with this plugin, therefore I know that this is the coding issue and that I should put this 'utf8_general_ci' thing somwhere in the plugin directory, yet I have no idea where and what exactly the string should look like. If you could direct me to what I am supposed to change, I would be most grateful.
2. Whenever I start a new topic, or click on an existing one, the page scrolls to the top and I need to scroll back down which is quite a nuisance. Again, I know that I should use this 'anchor' thing and I think I would be able to do it myself, however I don't know where to look for things to change - the organization of the files is totally alien to me.
Initially, I didn't want to bother you, but I've been looking for the solution for last 12 hours including an all-nighter but to no avail. Any help would be most appreciated.
