   hi im new to WP just install the laster version and i noticed that there are links on the top right of the admin page. is it possible for me to change the links to anothere site or disable it? i was searching the forum but cant find specific topic regarding my query

   the one top right position the admin, logout, help, forum, turbo those links, how can i change those link to another url? or is there a way to keep it private so that only the admin can see it

   Well, they won't see "admin" - they will see their name/username.
   Logout - they need to log out somehow when finished, right?
   If they are posting there - to have a link handy for Forums and/or the Documentation, is a good thing.

   Now, if they don't post, if the don't work in the admin interface -- why are they logging in?

   what i mean is when someone register and login they will automatically see those link is it posible to hide the forum and help links? or are there any control over those links?

   I don't know, never had such a request.
   Try to look into the files in the wp-admin foldfer.

   But that was exactly my question: WHY to register if they don't work in the admin panel?
